Core Responsibilities & Advisory

Technical Design: Helping customers design complex flow experiences on the ServiceNow platform using best practices and modular architecture.

Presales Engagement: Building solid relationships with customers during the presales process and serving as a subject matter expert.

Knowledge Leadership: Acting as the primary “go-to” person for internal consultants regarding complex platform questions and scripting (Client/Server side).

Future-Proofing: Maintaining a clear vision of the ServiceNow roadmap and its strategic impact on customer business goals.

Network Management: Building and maintaining strong ties with ServiceNow partners, customers, and industry leaders.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with at least three ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).

Platform Experience: 5+ years in configuration, development, and implementation of PaaS technologies and technical consultancy.

Skills: Strong scripting abilities and exceptional presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
