M&A Advisory & Strategic Mission

Join a leading insurance broking and advisory firm as a Project Manager specializing in Insurance Due Diligence. This role is at the heart of the M&A lifecycle, supporting high-profile private equity clients. You will assess insurance programs, uncover hidden risks, and deliver the strategic insights necessary for critical investment decisions and seamless post-close integration.

Core Responsibilities & Deal Management

  • Due Diligence Leadership: Managing the commercial insurance due diligence process from initial review to deal completion.

  • Risk Analysis: Analyzing target company insurance structures, claims history, collateral, and spend to identify gaps and uninsured liabilities.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Working alongside private equity deal teams, legal advisors, and target company leadership to resolve complex transaction issues.

  • R&W Insurance Support: Assisting in the underwriting and placement of Representations & Warranties (R&W) insurance to protect deal integrity.

  • Post-Close Alignment: Helping portfolio companies align their risk management strategies with private equity-backed structures after the transaction is finalized.

Professional Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 10 years of experience within a brokerage or carrier environment, specifically focusing on M&A or insurance due diligence.

  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of multiple commercial insurance lines and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Communication: Proven ability to present detailed findings and recommendations to sophisticated investors and C-suite executives.

Compensation & Working Style

  • Salary Range: $125,000 to $325,000 per year, commensurate with experience level (Associate to Director).

  • Hybrid Flexibility: Balancing professional studio presence with remote work capabilities.

  • Growth Potential: Exposure to the highest levels of private equity and strategic advisory work in a fast-paced, deal-driven atmosphere.
