Role Overview: Project Management & Engineering
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. This role is critical for the lifecycle of heavy civil projects, focusing on accurate documentation, schedule maintenance, and technical support for large-scale infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities & Workflow

Documentation & Quality: Evaluating technical drawings and specifications. Successfully managing submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders.

Technical Proficiency: Utilizing AutoCAD for drawing reviews and advanced Excel for data management and job cost phasing.

Schedule Management: Maintaining rigorous project schedules to ensure on-time delivery of municipal projects.

Site Coordination: Communicating job cost phasing with site staff and managing permits and SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) compliance.
Required Qualifications

Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in heavy civil or municipal infrastructure.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
