Core Responsibilities & Technical Operations

Machine Operation: Running high-precision extrusion equipment to produce materials within strict customer specifications.

Quality Assurance: Performing regular quality checks, making critical decisions on material rejection or shipment, and using advanced camera systems and in-line monitors.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate Event Logs for downtime and corrective measures, and ensuring daily production paperwork follows GMP and 5S guidelines.

Maintenance Collaboration: Working with maintenance technicians to complete minor and preventative maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.

Safety & Continuous Improvement: Adhering to all safety protocols and participating in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.
Work Schedule: The 2-2-3 Night Shift

Hours: 4:45 PM to 4:45 AM.

Rotation: Following a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on), which provides a balanced long-term work-life routine despite the 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Technical Skills: Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude to manage complex machinery and quality data.

Experience: Must have previous manufacturing experience and a proven safety record.

Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
