We are seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to bring creativity and a positive attitude to our vibrant learning environment.

Core Responsibilities & Classroom Support

• Instructional Assistance: Supporting the Daycare Director and lead teachers in implementing creative daily lesson plans.

• Child Development: Fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional growth of early learners.

• Classroom Management: Assisting with daily routines, meal times, and organized play to ensure the classroom runs smoothly and safely.

• Communication: Building positive relationships with parents and providing updates on student progress and daily activities.

  Required Profile & Qualifications

  • Attitude: A high level of enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a licensed daycare or early childhood setting is highly preferred.

  • Compliance: Ability to pass all required background checks and meet state regulatory requirements for childcare workers.

  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the Director and teaching staff.
