Professional Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with metal components or precision engineering.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and production planning.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Engineering is highly preferred).

  • Skills: Strong financial acumen and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
