Role Mission: The Financial Concierge

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve as a Financial Concierge for our Fairmont branch. In this role, you will be part of a welcoming and inclusive team environment, empowered to help walk-in customers achieve their financial goals. You will act as the primary point of contact for retaining and growing consumer and business relationships through proactive service and expert product knowledge.

Core Responsibilities & Relationship Banking

• Customer Advocacy: Providing exemplary customer service and effectively resolving issues to ensure a positive banking experience.

• Relationship Growth: Proactively identifying financial needs through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals to deepen customer loyalty.

• Product Education: Proficiently educating customers on deposit products and referring them to specialized bank partners for advanced financial needs.

• Operational Excellence: Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and adhering to all security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Required Profile & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail banking is highly valued.

• Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.

• Operational Integrity: A high degree of accuracy in handling transactions and a strict adherence to regulatory procedures.

• Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (No immigration sponsorship provided).
