We are seeking a dynamic Site Director for our Collingswood Early Childhood Center to lead the 2025-2026 school year.
Core Responsibilities & Program Leadership

Site Management: Acting as the driving force behind the daily operation of the program site, ensuring high-quality care and safety.

Curriculum Execution: Directing engaging activities including Fitness, STEAM, Academics, and Arts, while serving as the “Homework Hero” for students.

Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all staff and activities adhere to OCFS guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school rules.

Communication: Maintaining open lines of communication with families via the Playground App and collaborating closely with direct reports.

Administrative Oversight: Managing accurate attendance, registration records, and proper staffing levels to ensure smooth operations.
Work Schedule & Status

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt.

Hours: Split shift from 7:00 am – 9:00 am and 2:45 pm – 5:45 pm.

Location: On-site at Collingswood Early Childhood Center.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a structured environment.

Education: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred; or a combination of child-related credits and years of experience.
