As an Online English Tutor, you will play a transformative role in helping students gain the linguistic skills necessary to pursue higher education, secure employment, and rebuild their lives.
Core Responsibilities & Tutoring Goals

One-on-One Instruction: Conducting weekly 60–90 minute English sessions via video conferencing tools (Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet).

Curriculum Implementation: Utilizing the Paper Airplanes curriculum to improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Cultural Exchange: Fostering a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages cross-cultural understanding and confidence-building.

Progress Tracking: Providing feedback on student performance and participating in brief monthly reporting to ensure learning goals are met.
Work Schedule & Commitment

Time Commitment: Approximately 2–3 hours per week (including session time and preparation).
