Strategic Leadership & Mission
PRO-spectus is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to serve as the strategic and technical leader for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Health Cloud is optimized to support business growth, patient engagement, and data-driven innovation. You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems like Snowflake, Azure, and Tableau.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Leadership

Solution Architecture: Leading the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions with a heavy emphasis on Health Cloud and Service Cloud.

Systems Integration: Architecting complex integrations across the technology landscape, including Five9 (telephony), DocuSign, and HIPAA-compliant platforms like Klara.

AI & Automation: Driving the adoption of AI-driven tools (Agentforce, Einstein) and flow orchestration to increase organizational efficiency.

Governance & Security: Partnering with Data and Security teams to ensure platform designs meet strict HIPAA, PHI/PII, and cybersecurity standards.

Documentation & Quality: Championing disciplined documentation of architecture decisions, data flows, and configuration standards.
Requirements & Certifications

Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce implementation/architecture experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Health Cloud.

Certifications Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform App Builder.

Preferred Certifications: Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Application Architect, or Integration Architect Designer.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce Shield, Data Cloud, and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Git).

Salary Range: $150,000 to $170,000 per year, based on experience.
