Core Responsibilities

Channel Ecosystem Growth: Developing and executing high-level strategies to recruit, enable, and retain top-tier channel partners.

Revenue Acceleration: Driving indirect sales revenue through effective partner co-selling strategies and incentive programs.

Strategic Alignment: Coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partners are aligned with Infor’s cloud-first roadmap.

Performance Management: Setting KPIs and managing a global team of channel managers to ensure consistent partner productivity and compliance.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA highly preferred).

Experience: 12+ years in enterprise software sales or channel management, with a proven track record of managing $100M+ partner portfolios.

Leadership: Strong experience in leading geographically dispersed teams and navigating complex global partner networks.

Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS business models and cloud transformation strategies.
Compensation & Work Environment

Salary Range: $185,000 to $255,000 per year, plus performance-based executive bonuses.

Remote Flexibility: This is a 100% remote position allowing for work anywhere within the United States.
