Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the science and technology sector with a proven track record in planning, business development, and strategic leadership.

Professional Standing: Must be a Registered Architect with a fundamental understanding of sustainable design.

Certifications: LEED, WELL, or CPHD accreditations are highly desirable.
Compensation and Hybrid Policy

Salary Range: $165,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

Work Style: Full-time position based in Northern or Southern California, following a hybrid model (4 days in-studio, 1 day remote).
