As a Dispatcher in Atlanta, you will be the core link between vehicle pick-up locations, sub-haulers, and customers.

Core Responsibilities & Logistics Management

  • Timely Dispatch: Coordinating the movement of vehicles by dispatching sub-haulers within strict company timelines.

  • Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with cost-effective vendors and ensuring they meet all company requirements prior to dispatch.

  • Customer Communication: Making outbound calls to pick-up locations and sellers, resolving inquiries, and soliciting business.

  • Financial Tasks: Collecting payments on member deliveries, printing checks, and managing daily production paperwork.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Educating sub-haulers on company policies and enforcing safety regulations to ensure 100% compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-volume phone interactions and vendor management.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to utilize the most cost-effective vendors to meet budget objectives while maintaining speed.

  • Administrative Accuracy: Proficiency in maintaining and archiving documents, monitoring reports, and handling digital fax/print systems.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking between phone calls and data entry.
