Core Responsibilities

  • PMO Infrastructure: Designing centralized structures, including project charters, RACI matrices, and executive dashboards.

  • Transformation Enablement: Leading strategic initiatives in digital transformation, supplier programs, and working capital optimization.

  • Scalable Governance: Developing standardized playbooks and workflows to support consistent global execution and reporting.

  • Change Management: Driving organizational adoption of new procurement tools and methodologies through training and leadership.

Professional Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of program management experience, specifically in setting up PMO frameworks or procurement transformation.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and data-driven reporting (e.g., Power BI).
