Core Responsibilities & Sales Excellence

Customer Engagement: Fostering life-long emotional connections through “clienteling” and delivering personalized service that turns visitors into loyal customers.

Product Expertise: Advising customers on the quality, cuts, and value of gems and diamonds, and assisting in selecting appropriate mountings and settings.

Technical Services: Performing basic jewelry maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting jewelry, watch battery replacements, and watch band adjustments.

Operational Duties: Managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions, processing credit applications, and maintaining the security of the location by following Loss Prevention protocols.

Visual Merchandising: Displaying merchandise in accordance with corporate plans and performing basic housekeeping to ensure a sparkling showroom.
Required Qualifications & Mindset
