As a Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you will collaborate with Team Leaders (franchisees) to develop strategic local marketing plans. Core Responsibilities & Strategic Planning

  • Grand Opening Strategy: Partnering with SCI media teams to develop six-month marketing plans for new stores, ensuring a strong market entry.

  • Community Cultivation: Training stylists and managers on how to build sustainable community relationships and B2B partnerships with schools, youth programs, and local organizations.

  • Focus Weeks: Planning and executing targeted “Focus Weeks” to boost client counts through hyper-local engagement and promotional activities.

  • Performance Recovery: Coordinating marketing efforts for “Watchlist” and transition stores to stabilize and grow their performance metrics.

  • Travel: This is a high-mobility role requiring up to 60% travel within the Orlando and Tampa regions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in field marketing, trade shows, or event marketing.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and the ability to work autonomously while remaining team-oriented.
